you think? i find it weird that most MSM and large corporations are behind BLM and spread fearmongering news about the virus. I feel like the government is gonna use any opportunity for a power grab, but the media and large corporations make their job easier.

I see two possibilities:
they profit off fear so spreading the news is in their interest, and supporting BLM is to get them to buy their products and vote their side.

or

making the government more powerful is in their interest because it will ultimately make them powerful
