The cap as of now, if everyone had 15000 XSN for every possible masternode, it'd be around 7000 yeah. But reaching this number is highly unlikely due to the rising price, and eventually a profit-equilibrium between masternode holders and regular stakers will be found. Time will tell.

A lot of xsn will remain in staking accounts with less than 15k. I think a good number for masternodes is 5k
