am i correct in thinking that this is because it's only collateralized up to $200,000 at the moment? haven't looked into it at all but that's the only explanation that aligns with my understanding of RSV at this stage of the roadmap

They don't use the erc20 real RSV in the app yet. That's why. They haven't published actual volume of the app they use in the countries. So that's an unknown.
