20315389 No.20315389 [Reply] [Original]

Crypto veteran told me to go in at $4 and I only bought 187 Linkies - now I'm up to 515...

Should I take out a personal loan and go in for another $10k at $8?

I just hate working my normie job... I just want to wipe out my 60K debt and pay off my house...

Did I already miss the boat?

Chainlink will never go above $8 ever again so yeah you should buy at $8

You'll be working till you fucking die. If you go all in on LINK right now, you'll be paying another debt in addition to your mortgage. LINK is going back down to $3 within a week.

I’d never advise this, but if you don’t have week hands:

1) get a personal loan with a small interest rate. Say $10,000 over 5 years with $11,000 paid back (this is possible in the UK)
2) DCA into LINK over a 10 week period
3) Completely forget about it until the loan is paid off in 5 years
4) You’ll either have anywhere between $0 and $5,000,000

>> No.20315638

>>20315389
No - don't use debt - it'll make a volatile asset class more emotionally challenging. Put every dollar that you can save into it though

>> No.20315723

>>20315638
This. It’s not good to put money you can’t afford into a speculative asset, especially one so volatile. Just DCA and maybe rebalance your cryptos a bit

Never, ever, get a (((loan))). The truth is, nobody knows what's going to happen. LINK already had several bullruns, mostly due to the shilling on biz and other social media. You expect a coin based on ERC20 to go 100000x in return

You might not be able to retire but if you have 1000 link and it hits 100$, you can achieve most debt freedom.

10k is a reasonable amount to take a loan out on and risk

Yes, you should. You already missed the early stages (ie, buying at 20c like most of /biz/), but it's still over a x100 from here to the $1000 goal price.

Would taking that loan fuck you hard if you lost money on Link? BTC is still 50% down from ATH. Not the worst idea to buy crypto even at this price. You seem to have humbler goals and I think that’s perfectly doable.

It's not really over yet. I don't think anons are joking when they say 100+ USD eoy. While 100 is pretty high, I would say don't underestimate the retard strength and actual high IQ investment that is LINK.
>>20315389
I would highly recommend not getting a loan on such a volatile asset unless you are comfortable paying the entire thing off with no gains whatsoever. But if you can get that loan for really low interest like the other anon suggested as well, I think LINK is a good bet. But since you're trying to make a profit in a limited time frame, you will probably end up swinging, which can be a dangerous game. Pull out safely, anon.
