Usually a really bad thing. Much better to go for stocks that haven't moved at all despite that kind of volume, as it indicates accumulation (how can a pennystock on 200k volume possibly stay relatively unmoving otherwise?).
Top losers, on the other hand, are usually those stocks which have pumped and dumped already (you are finding the 'dump' part).
Target price also usually doesn't say anything at all as only after the stock picks up steam are targets updated appropriately.

I think it depends on your broker, but don't quote me on that. For my broker (TD Ameritrade), a day trade is any "round trip" trade made in the same trading day i.e. you buy 100 shares in the morning and sell that afternoon before close, OR you short sell 100 shares in the morning and buy to cover 100 that afternoon.

CLSN is easy money by Wednesday. Plummeted this morning due to a DMC suggestion that they stop phase II testing for their drug. There will be a conference call on Wednesday to decide if they will actually stop testing.
