I have 150k cash and want to buy a home. My options are

I've never used credit, so I'll get fucked with a high rate and mortgage insurance and some other bullshit, so despite historically low mortgage rates it'll end up biting me. Also, fuck Jews and fuck debt
>buy a cuckshed in a good location with cash
Currently live in a cuckshed apartment and I hate it
>buy a nice big house in a nigger infested town with cash
Niggers are worse than termites and asbestos for property values, also don't want to live in constant fear of getting robbed and mugged
>save my money for 5 more years and hope inflation and real estate appreciation doesn't outpace my saving rate
the way things are going, inflation might moon pretty soon
>buy a decent home in the middle of nowhere with cash
Usually such homes are fixer uppers, would be harder to re-sell, and have a longer commute to work, but overall this seems like the best option to me.

Best to go with a mortgage. That’s what I’ll be doing soon. No reason to buy outright when crypto is gonna do at least a 2x. Paying a thousand or so isn’t really that hard but not having access to your money cuz it’s all in home equity kinda sucks for your gains

I don't think your credit will matter that much if you have 100k+ to put down on a ~300k home. You can get a great house for 300k in a lot of places that aren't infested with niggers, as well as low tax areas. Put 100 down, you still have 50 in case something comes up, and in a few years you can always sell it and upgrade if you "make it." Or just pay it off early and be jewdebt free
