Shilling EVRI MVIS and NIO right now. Also been shilling SOLO there so I can make a little more money out of this gay car, got in at $2 and have stop losses set to keep a good profit. EVRI and NIO are actually good though, the shilling is mostly to encourage buying and I usually do it after it's already risen a good deal to get people who are late to give it an extra bump. I gave you the buy in time. Airlines are bull market industries and there are still too many of them. There will be bankruptcies and consolidations that will take years to pan out. UAL, DAL, and AAL have all declared bankruptcy at least at one point. Shareholders were wiped out even if the companies survived afterward. AAL already started diluting shares and there is a very real probability that DAL and UAL might at some point as well. Which means the "previous high" would be lower.
You'd already have made the gains you seem to think exist had you just gone with SKYW.
Airlines took 6 years to recover from some allah ackbars crashing some planes. This was much more prolonged pain that affects both current and future travel plans as people realize airlines are really just flying petri dishes.

Yes, I flipped $770 into $18,000 in 5 trading sessions between Jan 27 and Feb 5.

Step 1: identify undervalued stock, with low IV and earnings around the corner that has yet to participate in recent rally. (For me, this was AMZN in Jan while it was still under $2k)

Step 2: buy a weekly call(s) for the week following earnings. Go all-in. (For me, this was a 2200 strike call for the 1st week of Feb. It was the closest strike I could afford and gave me enough time to hold and not be exactly right/ITM yet still make bank)

Step 3: Sell your call for massive gains (in my case, it was $4 or 5000)

Step 4: roll your profit into OTM TSLA calls expiring the following week (i had a 700 and a 770)

Step 5: flip $5k into $16k, and hate yourself for selling the 700 at 750 and shorting an 850 against your 770, thus limiting your profit to a paltry $11k

Step 6: long platinum futures and top off the account another $2k overnight

Step 7: pay yourself back the principle and proceed to ease up on the high risk behavior going forward
