Depending on the airplane type, a narrow body aircraft can be around $45-60mm for a new A320 family aircraft, likely less for a MAX. Generates between $300-400k a month in rent.

A used A320ceo or 747NG can be between $10-30mm depending on age and subtype. Generates anywhere from $120-350k a month in rent.

Widebody aircraft are garbage don’t invest in them. There is hugely discounted secondary market value.
