No stop shilling it
At rebase time there is always a dump (it is perfectly times I am sure the team is involved with this act) and then the coin value is worth less
So if you hold 100 AMPL worth 10 each which is 1000 at rebase time you will get 100 AMPL that’s worth 900 so you have a total of 1100 but AMPL is now worth 90 I’m confused af but its definitely a scam so pls leave it cause it has to be pumped or it will get back to 1 and then you LOSE AMPL at rebase

You fucking idiot. There is no dump on the 'rebase', you need to understand how liquidity pools work on Uniswap.

If you have 100 AMPL and 100 ETH, and you get a 10% rebase, the pool will now hold 110 AMPL and 100 ETH. So it's balanced to fit the 50/50 ratio. It will become 105 AMPL/105 ETH, and that's your price drop.

Check rebase %, and check how much price drops after every rebase. Hint, you'll see it's the same amount. What happens is people buy this 'artificial' dip to add more to their stack right after rebase, because it's cheaper.

No, but it did create an investment opportunity that those with high net worths can partake in, thanks to liquidity.
