There is no point in locking in liquidity with a token that isn’t compatible with the vault. you have to do this once you make the contract address

they originally wanted to use balancer for staking but since the bal hack they went a different route.

no problem! anytime. that's a good question. personally, I'm buying most of my holdings before the swap. The team has expressed many times that they are way ahead of schedule, & the code for LOCK has been tested & is ready to be deployed any moment now. I just don't want to run the risk of not being able to buy LOCK right at the perfect time when it comes out (maybe i'd get busy with other things & miss it) then the price goes high without me. Also, you have to consider that uniswap can slow at times.
