Finova Financial repossessed my car under someone else name. On Monday 25th returning from work, my car(2008 Mercy Malion) was parked at Pittsburg Bay Point Bart, slot #90. I noticed my car was missing so i reported it to the Bart Police. I was informed that the car was repossessed. I bought the car a few years back i have no payments. After contacting the pittsburg police department i found out Digital dog towed my car. They told me Finova Financial sent out the order. I spent all day Tuesday 26th on the phone trying to find my car. I spoke with over 20 something people. They are telling me they own my car and the loan they have is under somebody's name iv never heard of. I sent them the D.M.V paper work to let them know i'm the owner of the car, and have no idea what this is happening. I have personal things in my car i need for work and my child schooling. I was told by the police i have the right to go pick up my car but they will not tell me where they are holding it.
Desired Outcome

i want and need my car back and everything in it.

Not only that, but in the States, you get hundreds of thousands in dollars as compensation. In Germany, you get less than a grand for a person taking nude videos of you and uploading them on the internet. Even if it completely destroys your life. Mentally or otherwise.
