I've always believed a partnership was more likely than a buyout, however if a buyout WERE to happen, wouldn't it be cheaper to buy Kitov before another multimillion dollar DO happens? Kitov has had two back to back so who's to say a third won't come about. Although with attention from the big three pharma's, how do they have bid wars at that level, a zoom call and biggest number? would they be able to just offer key members of Ktov great deals and pay cheaply per share or is there some sort of public transparency mandate and common shareholder MUST be given a certain % from the total offer? Okay here's some scrub TA:
No lines for you fags but the important thing is this: within Game Time for KTOV, highs (the 2 gaps and 2 peaks) come with 1 to 2 days of crab between them. A full day of crab isn't outside of pattern yet.
Most importantly, the lows are also ascending. It's very gradual (ergo, possibly stable) but there has been slow improvement. That the peaks are slowing down as well could indicate future stability ahead, something we'd expect with the direct offering nonsense going on.
This all combines to indicate that support has been very cautiously improving while resistance is very cautiously relinquishing. Our situation seems to be properly stable, more than just meme stable, so while the moon hasn't hit yet, the data suggests we can keep playing by ear a little longer. We're due a spike up real soon, so I'd say at least require that we get some upward correction in AH or PM before daytime tomorrow, otherwise start softening those hands a little.

The market at large makes no sense and is disconnected from anything resembling fundamentals like business backed shitcoins. Everything seems overbought but there are so many random pumps that people want in.
That said, the ticker on my radar has been PHUN. It's been beat down for years but has a new CEO and been accumulating deals. I don't think it's going to be a PnD but its a pennystock with promise even for the rest of the year. Has occasional pumps but I wouldn't go in until it is near its hard support at 1.20. I grew out of biopennys ages ago.

There is definitely a logic to the majority of the market though, even if you aren't discussing fundamentals and shit, there are still different theories, thought processes and ideas as to where things will go and how they work. /smg/ picked up an enormous amount of traffic from the march dip as people stayed at home with various stimulus checks from all over the world. The TA is great. They have had runs on every new deal that they announce. These "pumps" are not random and you can swing trade them fairly reliably. Basically I accumulate at 1.20, then sell some of the shares during the next news cycle. The low volume at the moment makes that actually reliable but also causes these pumps to fade back to ~1.20.
I don't think the support is going to move until earnings. It's been bleeding cash for years but there was a (promising) change in management and I suspect that the next earnings date is going to really determine its long term potential.

Another bad-attitude disruption getting fronted a lot is the hostility shown toward caution, skepticism, etc. when these shills are trying to ply a position.
