This is not a normal 4th of July though. I wouldn't be surprised if there will be a lot of tension between mask wearers and refusers, for one thing. I mean if you play purely on statistics, it's just simply the correct move to bet on the market moving up. You say things are bad, and so no pump, but you can easily justify a pump on the idea that stocks have been beaten down for almost the last 3 weeks and are due for a significant rise.

Musk is controlled opposition.

Elon Musk is much more than just an average politically opinionated tech CEO. He is an intel asset. He is just like Jeff Bezos, Mark ZuckerBerg, Tom Hanks, Jack Dorsey or Bill Gates. They all have specific high-profile public image in their respective fields, however they are also active behind the scenes, all connected through the same entity of common intel agency. Intelligence agencies are especially heavily interested and invested in all tech sectors, especially space and remote-controlled cars, so just like they have journalists as assets that work for big newspapers to publish or spin specific story that CIA wants, they have tech CEOs, developers etc. that do CIA's bidding. When one of them shows a higher potential, then that person gets into smaller, close-circle of powerful people. Elon Musk is one of them. He is glowing brighter that supernova. Just research his involvement with companies and where they get their money from. Government subsidies are not to "help" company grow, but to make them govt's slave. Everything that comes from Musk is guaranteed to have backdoors and other hidden surprises.

Just search for "Tesla subsidies", or "Space X subsidies" and you will see. Musk would be a total nobody if he wasn't compromised, 100% controlled and propped up. Just like all these people I mentioned above. They are all part of something bigger.

Also, check Musk's ties with Michael Griffin, (head of NASA 2005-2009). Griffin was also working for In-Q-Tel, a CIA subdivision.

I’m a noob with no clue but here’s what I think. When there’s no news, futures is just a high stakes volatility game between bot-assisted traders trying to out-manouver each other inside the limits of a fairly well understood (by these traders) price corridor. Ups and downs within that corridor don’t mean anything, it’s just the path the podracers careen around each other today.

I’m not saying you don’t have a point. I’m saying there will be lots of people with very different points, all convinced they are correct. In the case of those who buy in to the virus, many will be fearful, even filled with existential dread. Among those who go so far as to not wear masks despite social pressure, it’s my understanding that many are genuinely concerned with masks representing society going to shit and freedoms being taken away, which can also lead to existential dread.
I see this happening, everywhere. People who are afraid of the virus and therefore shouldn’t go out do so anyway desperately clinging to their little masks and repeating the mantra “if just everyone wear masks we’ll all be ok. Most of us, will be ok. I will be ok.” Then they will see people not wearing masks and freak out. That will become old fairly quickly for the maskless crusaders who will start arguing back and soon people will enter the fray from both sides, yelling statistics and doomsday prophecies (either virus based or nwo oriented, depending on side) like a real life 4chan thread on the subject, only face to face between drunken and fearful people armed with fireworks and guns.
Hopefully all goes well though, I usually worry too much.

I like VR vidya. In terms of investing it and especially AR are massively overhyped. Don't even get me started on the flop that was cloud gaming. An unforeseen application of VR is that it's empowering a bunch of freelance animators to get into motion capture on the cheap (a market that MSFT could have captured with the Kinect). Also porn. There's gonna be a big boom in vr porn production.

But it does confirm the obvious, that the protests did spread the virus, right?
I seriously think Trump’s only hope to win the election is to pin the 2nd wave on the protesters, do a quick 180 and go back to the wartime president narrative, and he was winning, we were winning, over the China virus, when suddenly the democrats out of total lack of respect for human lives and intent on killing millions in a desperate bid to win the election doomed the nation to death and despair by snuffing sweet little patriotic American grannies everywhere.
He has to turn the tables again and hold them responsible. I just hope he figures it out in time.

Powell and Mnuchin are going to look like complete asshats. Dems in congress are going to try to humiliate them as much as possible. Powell and Mnuchin will stutter when asked about why their mainstreet lending program did not make a single loan yet, yet billions of dollars have gone to wallstreet. We will have a repeat of Powell's BLM speech and Powell will cover his ass by muh Covid 'we do not anticipate the market rising any time soon'. Trump will not be able to reign them in due to AIDS (DC's Closed.). We're going down today

>But it does confirm the obvious, that the protests did spread the virus, right?

They're trying very very hard to make it seem like it wasn't the protests. As far as I've read, they're trying to pin it on young people going to bars and using a few anecdotes of confirmed trace contact. I know for some states, the people who do the work concerning trace contacts aren't even asking about if they went to protests. But it's very clearly not the bars that are the problem, as all the cases went up nearly simultaneously among the major cities, for the same age group, despite many of these states having various degrees of lockdown as well as different periods of when the lockdown ended.

Hello boys, original $WKHS chad here. If you are looking for a tech play look at $NEXCF or $NTAR if Canadian.

Their AR platform is being memed as “secure zoom” and they are doubling revenue every six months because of this. When they get NDAQ listing the stock is going to go nuts. So maybe beat the crowd. If this thing got zooms valuation it would be a $40 stock. I think $10 is likely on NDAQ uplisting news

I dont quite get this line of thinking. If I sell, it's because I think it's going to go down. If I buy, it's because I think it's going to go up. If Horse was at $10, and I think it's going to go higher, why would I sell? To take profit, ok, but I think it's still going to keep going up. So if I think it's going to go up, why sell?

Plus, you never sell something that's running. You instead set continuously higher stop losses.

Here’s a great video for anyone interested in $NEXCF / $NTAR: https://youtu.be/CI-uPAVDoD8

Their plan was to uplist to NASDAQ in Q3 2020 but because they have insatiable demand for their product they will be going sooner. You need $4 share price to get on NDAQ initially and now they have that. That was the last piece of the puzzle for them.

It’s still tiny with low volume so you still have time.

There's no SOLO news and there probably won't be all week. People are nervous so selling to lock in their profit and hoping to get back in at a lower price.

The dream would be it opens, it'll probably drop a bit more and then everyone is going to pile in so they don't miss the 40% like they did yesterday causing it to moon.

What's likely to happen is it's gonna swing up and down for a week until some catalyst makes it explode (for better or for worse). In which case you should just dump at high and buy at low.

I'm currently deep OTM with a bunch of calls so fingers crossed it's the first.

The worst part of the covid test is they stick a nose swab really far up each nostril. It is not comfy. If you test positive you just go home and get paid to coof.

and when they get the vaccine rollout its gonna be medical tyranny on a new scale

WS is fine if you if you stick to TSX stocks otherwise you get gouged by conversion fees

>Sounds like an NGMI idea

If you'd actually made it you'd know trading fees are literally fucking nothing compared to the value you get from access to all the exchanges pre- and post- and dirt cheap margin. IBKR is literally the chad plaform once you hit the 100k mark despite the platform being janky trash. I still have a WStrade though for leafcuck stock flipping

Or deceased from scooter accidents.
They do have some black people though, they're the communal Garifunas along the northern coast. Basically the bit seafaring capable hatians managed to invade. They're pretty chill and keep their communities oddly much cleaner than the rest of the country.

I've got very similar holdings to you up until a month ago. Dont worry much about it, but also don't ever be afraid to sell and enter back in lower.
I sold all my reits MITT&IVR at nearly -25% and bought horse at $4, along with some cash I had on hand. Horsey has more than made up for those losses and I'm finally in the green for the entire year. Everything else is long, possibly horsey too.
