I'm new into economics and cryptocurrency. I've been browsing this board for like 1-2 months and noticed a lot of shitcoins being shilled by obvious scammers.

After browsing for some time I noticed that people that bought Chainlink are a little different from the usual shitcoin scammers. They seem to believe the project and believe Chainlink actually have some value irl, even though chainlink isn't a top tier coin when it comes to value in USD.

The question is: Why?
What's the difference between Chainlink and the others cryptocurrencies?
What makes it a unique coin?
Please answer my questions like I'm a retarded child.

They have never met a single deadline, and Sergey dumps 500k tokens regularly - the slow milking exit scam in action.
