Back in April Zach proposed to the Maker community to add DMM mTokens in the Maker ecosystem. Lots of concerns were raised by community members with lending and securitization background about the decentralization, stability and legality of the project.

This is not a FUD but a honest discussion on the concerns about DMM, anyone know if the team has responded to them?

DMM went to Maker to make a proposal, some community members raised some questions and Zach replied that they will provide an update.
That's back in April before all the token sale and I still can't find the update.

Maker is not willing to have DMM for the time being due to it not really being strictly DeFi yet, since they naturally have to interface manually with legacy finance. That's not really an indictment of DMM's plan as outlined in their white paper, just a fact that they're not far enough into their own roadmap.

Decentralization concerns will be addressed once governance voting is implemented. Stability shouldn't be a concern since they're overcollateralized, but since things have to interface with legacy finance they're naturally less secure.
Legality is perhaps the most serious possible issue. If you believe this is not being run by the CIA, there is a real risk of regulatory crackdown.
