Wjat do you mean by realty company? REIT is just a legal entity these companies use for tax advantage. If you pay out >90% of profits as a REIT, the profits aren't taxed at the corporate level. If a company held a bunch of real estate in a C Corp and collected rent, they would have to pay 21% corporate tax on the profits and then the shareholders would pay tax on the dividend.

CNG doesn't have a future in vehicles because it isn't really eco friendly and expecting this company to retrofit many trucks is fairly stupid. CNG has 1/4th the energy density of diesel so you're either going to need much bigger tanks or have a fraction of the range. There also isn't that many fueling stations that support it.

You may be able to catch a pump but the company itself isn't going to work out. Nearly all retrofitting businesses fail.

CNG is literally methane, it's made from natural gas extracted from the earth which is why it's still terrible for the environment compared to a BEV. Yea, you buy lots of 100 stock then sell calls. Thats covered calls. I specially look for stocks that have earnings report the next week, that is when options premiums are at their highest. I buy the stock a week before, then sell calls on the next green day. Then you can:
hold until the IV crush and buy back then sell the stock
or allow an in the money option to be exercised
or buy back the call early if its a down day and either resell new calls or sell the stock.
All depends on what your goals and risks are. It doesn't always mean you profit, but it is always better than if the stock goes down and you didn't sell calls (ie down 1% instead of 5%). I sold my BB stock for -3% but because I also sold calls, I was still up 3% over all on the deal.
