Image selling link before staking goes live.

Once staking goes live Link will become the number 1 staked coin overnight, easily eclipsing Tezos.

And unlink pothead run stable coins like Tezos and Ark. Chainlink has a cap. 1 billion coins maximum.

That means there are a finite amount of payouts possible. This, alone, by default will rapidly increase the price of chainlink, not even adding in the fomo panic buy knee jerk reaction that it will trigger.

In comparison Tezos and Ark and soon even eth staking will have an unlimited supply of tokens and will never stop printing. This means the big dick whales at the top, will dump their payouts on the market, daily, with no concern because they are only selling their payouts and nothing from their stacks so they are losing nothing. This is why tezos and ark and soon even eth will be stable coins.

With the max cap of 1 billion coins, chainlink staking will be far superior and result in Massive Girthy Gains, the likes of which have never been seen before.

Imagine selling chainlink, before staking goes live.

Transfer usdc to binance (0% fee)
Buy XXX shitcoin on binance for 0.1% fee (or 0.075% if you hold BNB)
Sell XXX shitcoin on binance for 0.1% fee (or 0.075% if you hold BNB)

We don't know because it depends on how good the team are/how much business they have. It is likely that many of the big node teams will run their own staking services, and there will likely be services running on top of that to diversify staking income. This is the beauty of Chainlink - it will be staking for actual work, staking in a "true sense".

Thinking of it as a % is incorrect. You need see how much it currently costs for different industries to do business and then guesstimate what a competitive cost cut that SC/link would provide.

I like using online gambling, because it's easy for brainlets to understand how SCs can completely take over. With verifiable randomness already implemented, this 60 billion dollar revenue industry can be taken over tomorrow. Operating costs are something like 75% of revenue, I forget off the top of my head...but for simplicity, chainlink lowers it down to 10% (obviously the casino operators would suck dick for even a 5% increase in profits aka 3 billion annually)...so they pay 6b for CL to handle the entire backend and payment processing, for a per link per year return of 17 dollars pre dilution. Again, a very welcomed saving's of 5 billion a year (40b operating costs) would yield 114 usd per link per year.

Keep in mind the total online gambling market is projected to double by 2023, so double those numbers. Then add in the 10+ other major industries with even higher operating costs and higher yearly revenues. Gets pretty promising rather quickly.

I think this is the most interesting part. Breaking down how link can be used by big players in every arena to cut down on operating costs and ensure smoother operations. It's truly insane. There are so many plausible future scenarios there's no way 1k isn't fud.

>> No.19939555

>>19939158
So worst case scenario it cuts their expenses in half and comes to 20 bucks fully diluted. 10% roi puts the value at 200. Of course, there are some factors like those node rewards not being evenly distributed across the entirety of 1b tokens, but only going to the 5,10,100? lucky node operators that are selected by the casinos. This will skew the actual price of link from that 200, as the nodes/pools are probably making closer to 30 per link per year or w/e and people with access to those pools/nodes will demand more link (for more rewards personally). So you may not get that 20/year in steak...but the base price of your link will rise even more.

And again, that example is quite small on the scale of what SCs will take over. No, chainlink won't have a 1.2 quadrillion dollar mc because "muh derivatives", but it will make amazon look small.

When chainlink staking comes out, Everybody will be staking their chainlink. With everybody staking their chainlink there will be fewer coins on the exchanges. Fewer coins on the exchanges means price will go parabolic as supply will not be able to keep up with demand.

Sure, when the game is mathematically rigged for the house to win anyways, why not? A SC based online casino is completely transparent, which is good for fish/boomers...you can prove that the house isn't cheating. It automates so much, and crypto tokenization/swift gpi/PayPal integrated payments makes deposit and cash out an instantaneous breeze vs the current system of having to find some shady offshore bank to process wires like cassinos do now.

All of this is integrated, automated, and replaces your thousands of employees doing most of this shit manually
