The way it works is that if the company doesn't want to buy the token they can pay in cash. If they pay in cash, unibright uses that cash to market buy tokens. The tokens then become locked for a certain period of time.

If the company trying to buy UBT's services wants to buy with the tokens they get a 50% discount. They tokens once spent at UBT for services will be locked for a certain period of time.

Either way its a win for holders.
