I am going to rebalance my portfolio a bit to increase exposure to tech and re-distribute my oversized XOM holdings into more diverse energy.

I like MMP, D, and XOM - going to do a 1/3 split on each of those with 50% of my portfolio and the rest will probably be either index funds or tech giants.

My background is enviro Sci and both sides of the debate apply ludicrous levels of speculations to some sound basic science, which is particularly how the climate change doomsayers attempt to cling to credibility. Yes, their fundemental science is decently accurate, but they apply it on a scale that involves so many other factors even our best computers can't model it effectivly. People just need to be honest about their data.
