They are farming the shit out of the 1,400 or so COMP that is minted each day. Theres a lot of leverage being used because even with the high borrow APY they are making out like bandits. I think theres like $600k in profits per day right now.

This isn't some big short opportunity because they would have to short their own collateral and risk liquidating themselves. They are now at the mercy of retail too so if they went for an extremely risky short play then retail fomo could wipe their whole stack.

It looks more like a short squeeze is happening considering more and more BAT needs to be purchased to pay down the collateral debt, and more people are buying BAT on illiquid exchange markets because all the BAT has left. If that is whats happening then BAT could start a run, and it currently is.
