Comeback of boomer collectibles?

Coins and stamps? Both markets have been in the shitter for quite some time except for high end stuff.
Todays zoomer collectibles are surely in a bubble that will pop shortly.

>Digital Items
>Sneakers
>Plastic figures such as funko pops.
>Modern card games.

Almost nothing of the crap zoomers collect is more than 30 years old, almost nothing has any historical significance, the crap is sold at at markup straight from the factory and marketed as being a collectible and most of it is easily obtainable through places such as ebay... in other words not rare.

Another observation about boomers vs zoomers is that the zoomer crap is sold at a markup from the get go whereas boomer collectibles to a larger extent matured into becoming collectibles or became so by coincidence.

Also regarding digital items.. the zoomers pay several thousand dollars just to own and show off a stupid knife in a CS:GO when in the physical world they could have gotten an ultra rare hand crafted knife that is the envy of generations to come and which surely will retain its value.

I don't disregard all zoomer collectibles though, but i find the zoomer market to be highly irrational.
