I have 300k in my TWC, that's the equivalent of 3M in a first world country.

I'd like to get into real estate, especially holiday renting, but I'm waiting for the real estate bubble to collapse.

Any other ways to make passive gains with 300k? even staking/lending crypto works.

300k is enough to dip your toe in the water with real estate. Don't try to time the market, instead just look at where people are moving. I'm in a town that has +3k people moving here a month. They can't build houses fast enough. This, coupled with the outrageously stupid lefty zoning laws by local government means rven if the economy tanked tomorrow my house would still be worth a shitload in 5,10,20 years. Look for cashflowing properties and a GOOD property manager, you're gonna use him for 10+ years so don't get a skuzzball.
