For positions that are not assigned rates you need to go on a company kiosk computer and scan your ID in correlation with your role. I’m not sure about docks, but the area managers are responsible for running the shift and would have to be in on it to not notice. You could definitely do that if you knew the manager, and they were willing to do that for you.
