It depends on how the acquisition is structured. You might get your stock converted to cash at a big mark up or you might get stock in the acquiring company or a mix of both. Merck buying them would mean huge gains for shareholders. If Merck does move to acquire though the news will probably take awhile so make sure to sit tight for awhile. KTOV is still pretty cheap and the new drug adds permanent value to their company so don't cash all out.

The experience you will have with marijuana depends so much from person to person (genetics, life experiences etc) that it is actually ridiculous.

Everyone says the same about 5mg. “A little buzz, a lil sluggish! Bla bla bla”

I was literally pulled to another dimension and had a psychotic episode where i was just looking at myself from a third person perspective realizing that i was in hell for all of eternity and my entire life was just an illusion purposefully made to make my existence in hell more painful.

1 month after the trip i literally and unironically begun developing PTSD from this shit. 9 months later and it’s weaker, but still going. Out of nowhere reality starts to get blurry, i start to dissociate and feel like it is coming back to get me again. Brain shivers, existencial dread, dissociation episodes every single day

Just went to the store for the first time in like 4 months because my reserves on some things were getting low. I expected SOME kind of return to normalcy, besides having to wear a mask of course.

Instead many shelves are still half-empty. Can't even get cheap hand soap at all, STILL all sold out and the only ones left are the hipster bullshit brands that cost like $10 a bottle. Toilet paper twice as expensive. Food prices are also through the fucking roof. Eggs, bacon, and steaks are twice as much with a quarter of the variety. to lower costs, usps will need trucks that are as big as the UPS and Fedex ones. so this design you keep poasting from WKHS is still too small and inefficient. it's OK for delivering small packages and letters. not competitive for larger boxes.

isn't the whole point of electric trucks the fact that they can be bigger without higher cost of gas?

Indoors, prolonged contact, close together, talking/shouting. The exposure level effects severity so it's actually inside-family transfer that is the big killer. Since if a family member gets sick and you spend a few hours close to them you are ultra fucked dosage wise.

Past a day or two drop I think it always bounces back up though, since they won't actually shut down again and KINSA stats show it was a temporary spike.

these should improve, but i think smart "cost cutting" solutions like skylights and better types of materials for insulation and glass will improve houses. not make them cheaper. You must be a delusional wagecuck. Pretty much all lower middle class to affluent ($50k-250k+) jobs can WFH. As someone whose company transitioned seamlessly to 100% WFH, only the brownest of brown nosers and NPCs that hate their spouse/kids choose to come into the office at this point. And that's like 10-15% of our workforce.

With the boomers finally fucking off to retirement/death, there is nothing holding companies back from fully automating low level wagies into a permanent consoomer underclass buffered with .gov UBI gibs, and the rest of us working from home so the corps can save money on office space, events, and other in-person costs. They get a much happier and productive workforce, to boot.

Facts are facts. Going to work will only be for low tier bitch jobs, medical and mechanic/technician types that require hands-on.

It wasn't strong. It was weakening for well over a year, and there were several sore points that were being discussed since at least 2018. The disconnect between equities and the economy existed well before the wu-flu.

Market is not the economy. Everyone was nervous after the 2018 "dip" and antsy about being left behind. The liquidity crunch was accelerated by everyone already having exit plans giving us that extreme crash

FFS. The equity market is the economy and then it isn't, all when it's most convenient.
>So what am I missing?
Slowing GDP growth and a proliferation of zombie companies. Note that as debt increases beyond certain levels, it takes an increasing number of dollar multiples to generate $1 of GDP growth.
Misleading unemployment data due to (i) individuals dropping out of the labor market altogether; (ii) individuals in the lower income demographic taking on multiple jobs in response to the cutting of their hours so that employers could reduce benefits.
Multi-decade real wage growth stagnation when adjusted for rising living costs outside of the heavily tailored CPI. At least non-adjusted wage growth began to see an increase in the later part of the 2010's.
Corporate profit stagnation since the early part of the 2010's. EPS and share price has been driven in no small part by share buybacks, regardless of your personal stance on them.

Ok, so I'm looking at 2019 GDP estimates right now. Not a single quarter had less than a 2% increase, and Q4 of 2018 was the only quarter with a less than 2% increase in 2018.

Current dollar GDP increased 3.6 percent in Q4 2019 and had increased 3.8 in Q3 2019.

Price index for gross domestic purchase only increased 1.5% Q4 2019.

I legitimately do not see what you're talking about.

You're looking at retarded numbers. what the fuck is a gdp anyway? This post >>19836236 should also lead you in a good direction. GDP, like unemployment, is a kind of nebulous and strange measure of productivity and "net welfare." I'm not saying that the numbers are cooked, but it's like comparing crime rates without comparing per capita. Now corporate profits are measurable, and appreciation of the indexes should reflect net profit growth. What the fuck happened from 2012 to now?
