I grew up fat. I drank ridiculous amounts of soda and watched TV all day because my parents didn't give a shit. I'm now skinny as fuck with no stretch Mark's or anything else where people can tell I used to be fat. It took a long time but you can do it. I lost the last 10 lbs this year, I decided to train for a half marathon, I was already eating about the correct number of calories for my weight/height but when I started running regularly the weight really went off.


Also, I lost most of that weight while drinking alcohol regularly. You don't have to be perfect but you do have to be better and start making changes.

Most people have a perfectly fine thyroid, which means they have a normal metabolism. It seems like some 'buying the news, selling the rumor' shit but it's also looking kind of predictable. It looks like the current crab-into-upswing might take slightly longer but will likely be even larger unless something screwy happens before then. I'm guessing that the peaks are people catching on to relatively low prices and buying, followed by people selling at a relative top, which turns back into people catching on to newer relatively low prices, and then that oscillation cancels out and crabs for a week or two before starting over. Might sound crazy but I would love some sort of explanation for the obvious pattern

At this point I think I'm just going afk on stocks. All they're doing is crabbing now after the fake pump on Monday last week. No actions makes it pointless for me to do anything directly with my stocks and options. Can't really buy anything as my strategy would get screwed if I buy too soon. Premiums are still too high for anything father out than 4 weeks. And anything that is 4 weeks or less is also high but rapidly dropping off enough that buying today will cost you noticeably more than waiting for another crab day tomorrow.

This is boring! My strategy literally requires patience at this point BUT the stocks aren't moving in significant ways AND option premiums for sooner dates are high and dropping hard but not hard enough to justify buying as if you buy 1 day too soon you'd likely be down 10% in a single day.
