>Hey everyone.

Long time since I was back here on /biz/ but I am at a standstill when it comes to ideas of investing and future growth, I don't really know what I should focus on. Mostly because I haven't focus on investing my money. I have plainly just lived my life but I want to leave the rat race and earn my own money purely on my own.

I inherit a lot of money when I was 16 I am 26 right now and I own 2 apartments, a cabin, and 75 hectares of land. the total value of everything is around 600k - 1 million dollars. I also have around 30k on stocks.

The thing is, I am worth a lot of money among common folks, I know this. But every month I earn money from one of the apartments I rent out, around 1,25k a month and obviously I can´t live on that alone. (taxes, loan, rent, etc.) so pure profit is around 600 dollars. I have to add that as of a month ago I´ve been unemployed.

My dream is to own enough buildings/apartments to pay me enough to live on that.

With the knowledge of what I am worth and what I own. What would you do in my position?

Get job. Mortgage property. Rent property. Pay property off. Buy more property. Eventually quite your job.

Sell on amazon
With your net you can make a lot of mistakes at the beginning until you find the right product that makes you the most passive income.

That's true, so I for the apartment I'm renting out its about 150k mortgage left. it's worth around 310-340k. I have been thinking about working on paying this off and continuing to reinvest in a new building. But it's going to take some time. Sure I could pay it off faster if I took out money from my forest property.

So, if I said that I could pay off my loan tomorrow, you would suggest this?

affiliate marketing? I have been thinking about it, but it seems like it is in a real bubble right now. So I wouldn't try that.

Its not affiliate, its literally making your own product and selling it on amazon.
