According to OP's logic:
$19,600 * 850% = $166,600 next cycle top
Then probably an 85% or so decline like almost a the other bear markets --> all the way down to $25,000

166,600 * 425% = $708,050 next bullrun top

I bet there's gonna be a 4 year bear market though after this upcoming bull market since there will have now been 3 bull market cycles and thus it would complete bitcoin's first 16 year asset cycle, like what happens in gold and other commodities, with a 4 year bearish cycle
Just like how each of the last market cycles have been roughly 3 years of bull market with 1 year of bear following them
