because you eat refined foods in excess quantities and have destroyed your digestive and endocrine systems. this can be cured by fasting and eating only real foods, i.e. fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, etc. dairy products are ok in moderation, as is bread, but they really do have to be consumed in moderation. fasting is very important. if you're really a fat fuck, start with OMAD and once you've done a few weeks of that you can start incorporating longer fasts. it won't be as comfortable as killing yourself with disgusting trash, but it will cleanse you from the inside out and you won't be disgusted with the way you have chosen to materialize in this world

Start tracking your calorie intake and look at how many calories there's in EVERYTHING you buy. You probably don't realize how unhealthy some of the things you eat are.
The nice thing about tracking your calories is that you know for sure that you're losing weight.
If you want to speed things up a little do some light exercise (e.g. go for walks or ride a bicycle).
Once you get the ball rolling things get easier. You will feel great when you shed your first 10 kilos.
