If you buy a distressed asset or get a great deal in a high-demand community and flip it in two years, yeah, absolutely buy and make a quick buck. You can get financing terms lower than inflation right now. Essentially, you're making money by borrowing it, it's fucking insane.

At the same time, be wary, costs in transfer, HOA fees, and property taxes can fuck you if you don't calculate things out properly. Also, buying now is a little risky because there is a real possibility a decline in housing markets generally in the next few years, so pick your location carefully
