Get sober and this will quit happening and if your sober then get therapy and meds to fix your mind which will fix your life. Also start learning from your mistakes and live by the motto first thought wrong. After you have a thought don't act on it until you figure out what the consequences and rewards will be from the action that results from your thought.

Everything is falling apart and I feel like time isn’t on my side. I have to find a new job to accumulate more Link, and I know that by time I’ve passed the interview and all that it will have mooned out of reach. And I’m so lonely. It’s not an exaggeration to say that I’m more alone than I’ve ever been before; my only through-line to a life where people treat me like a normal person is Link.
