Judging by the super low momentum compared to the previous bars and the flatter slope it looks like a consolidation followed by a move to the upside by the same amount preceding the consolidation, so as >>19412957 said, around $6. But given it's a lower high it should definitely be approached with caution. If I had to pick one, I'd say given the momentum drop, going short is the safest bet and if prices break 4.0 which will be a key psychological resistance (and you can actually see that level acting as resistance last year end of May and this yeah April-May), consider entering a long position on a low momentum pullback once things stabilize above the level.
