I had a supervisor who had trouble keeping up with her work load and it made it hard for me to get her buy in on my projects as she was stressed and distracted and mostly wanted to make sure my projects didnt cause her any extra work.

I found a way to start suggesting her current projects as things I'd like to work on so she would assign them to me. Then I would ask for permission to utilize some of her other talent to assist and coordinate the projects. Over time, her staff realized the only way to get the supervisors approval was to run things through me.

Before long, he boss was just assigning me projects directly. After a while, they asked me to help with a ro-org and we made my boss redundant. She was let go and evidently cracked up and an hero'd.

Well you see in my last job I had to deal with spics on a daily basis, mostly illegal, barely enough braincells to boil water, not a lick of English but there is a certain way to communicate outside of spoken languages, mostly with hand gestures and mimicry. I found that I had to become very proficient at this and it helped me train whole warehouses full of these subhumans.
