I was just researching the balancer and how this token works and I have to admit it's quite a cool one.
>The STA weight in the portfolio is set to be 63%, as we can see in zerion, the value of the rest of assets is at 35k, so the total portfolio is around 100k worth
>If STA price were to suddenly drop by 50%, the portfolio will be rebalanced so that more STA will be bought by the pool, until its value reaches 63% again. So after 50% drop, portfolio value would drop to rougly 70k, from which 63% would have to be STA, leaving other assets at around 25k and bringing the STA value back up to around 45k
Don't forget that every such transaction burns tokens, in addition to that the pool itself creates a big buying pressure, this token becomes a very comfy HOLD
