No Limit Hold Em: Theory and Practice. The people on 2+2 and r/poker generally recommend it so I figured it's a good place to start. It's taught me a shit-ton so far, I think beginners immediately fall for a lot of psychological fallacies they aren't going to be aware are mistakes unless a pro corrects them.
