With a few millions I'd invest in small artistic projects like puzzle games, comic book, music video animations+animatics.

If I made 30-90 million I'd go into bigger artistic projects and partnerships with Sony, Pixar, Dreamworks, Disney, Ubisoft, EA, etc.
I'd also have a massive satisfaction out of buying communities like 4chan and 1) lording over them 2) making them feel part of a bigger thing.

I would enjoy using that money to get publicity for experimental projects nobody knows about.
