I assume US citizen/resident.

Nurse practioner is pretty good nowadays, nice tradeoff effort and pay/benefits. Electrical engineering is nice and very high job security, you get to do some programming, manual work etc. Welder is a very good blue-collar job.

Well, if you are already in accounting/corporate finance, look into RPA and business process automation. Maybe learn something like BluePrism, VBA and Python. Accounting is being heavily automated so you might as well use it as an opportunity to transition.

Post online ads that you will make websites (do them half ass from premade pirated templates)
You could maybe manage, maintain, and setup gaming servers. Or if you are comfortable enough playing with screws and electronics all day then post craiglist/fuckbook that you will repair phones, tv, computers, and gaming consoles...

would forggot most important thing is to charge additionality for fixing stuff on your websites later on if customers are unhappy just tell them they said they wanted it the way you did it
and take 1/2 1/3 down payment, and only put it on temporally on your server when "finished"

Well from working in architecture my advice is if you do make a career change do not mix your work with your hobby. You'll end up disliking that hobby because it will remind you of work.

If you're good with maths maybe something statistics related? Probably tally up what you like about work and what you don't like and find something that has most of the positives and a minimal amounts of negatives

Why don't you do something like a financial tester? Good stepping stone to transfer to the IT workfield. Pays a lot more and a lot less stressfull.

in my role i basically do a bit of everything but there's way too much work so i'm spread too thinly which is making me stressed af

stop doing accounting for small shitty businesses. get a job at corporate HQ of a publicly traded company. the role is much more defined, you have better resources (ERP system) and controls to ensure accounts don't get hopelessly fucked, and you have actual career growth.
