When was pivx.org/white-papers-2/ uploaded?

Where's the legitimacy in all of this because it can be either one of two things.

A) A smear campaign by PIVX in order to halt the progress of ESH
B) A legitimate claim that is solely dependant on WHEN the PIVX pivx.org/white-papers-2/ was uploaded.

I didn't check but I doubt any sold.
Anyone who bought under a dollar or even less than a cent bought more when it fell to 1.30. Most likely the cheapest ESH will be for a while.

Apparently they responded on twitter as >>19159196 stated over at @SwitchAg. They'll be addressing in a blog why the ESH/GHOST White Paper did not plagiarize anything. It seems promising since there are two links as pointed out by OP. It'll be interesting to see where this goes. I'm not selling, but we'll see what happens when they give the response.
The closest I can see this being is a scare tactic since nobody talks about PIVX anymore with other coins around. I'll admit I did get concerned over it all though.
