Now that things are opening up and the panic is subsiding at the moment, are premiums going to come down? Will there be a better buying opportunity between now and the moon mission?

who knows but if things would rise to 2012 levels it may finally breakeven for the decade.
also. remember to always use registered mail when buying coins...sure it adds another $40 to the transaction but the importance of letting everyone in the post office know "this dude at this street has gold in his house" is very valuable.

The high premiums were because the mints were shut, not because of any big price movement or actual shortage. Many silver mines are still on care and maintenance and nobody is giving out money to reopen them yet.
