Any landchads here? You guys love to talk stonks but what about land? Surprised theres no thread on home buying / landlording. Why throw your money down the drain like a good little rent-hog, when you could be building equity on a home, you can sell later for your actual dream house.

I will be relocating permanently to the PNW, near Seattle. I've been informed it would be a good idea to get in touch with a realtor company. The thing is i'm not sure if I want to invest here as it's pretty expensive for what you get. For $300k you get 3 bed / 2 bath ~1000 sq ft, in Tacoma WA. Are these ridiculous prices or what the hell?
