I cant beleive I am writing this, but your best bet is to hire a dude. Obese people
have weak minds and control issues. Give candidates a real interview consisting of
reading, following instructions, writing, getting up and giving a mock presentation.
If you are young guy and interviewing an older woman she may have issues related to
bad relationships, family, shitt kids. Young women have insecurity with appearance,
try to get male attention, bitch and play games all day. Make up several real scenarios
and put the candidates throught the ringer - test them. Review their application in detail
check every former employer. There a few good ones out there leaving a shitty job, but
most good ones are getting well paid and working not looking for a new job. You need
someone who is an asset and is going to help you succeed, not waiting to file workers comp
or sensual harrasment complaint. I have interviewed many engineers that dont have a fucking
clue about basic life or even basic understanding of how to read or write.
