Not automatically, it is not known yet, watch out for the whitepaper tomorrow and future updates, it should be announced than how to apply for the ghost tokes. And when buying etherium check if there is any cooldown period when you cant transfer them. On binance you have to wait 24 hours before withdrawing. And definitely research how to deal with wallets and transfers first, not hard, but you don't want to mess this. there will probably ETFs soon, but it's not as hard as you think. You are trying here to buy a very early coin to swap for something we don't even have a whitepaper atm. So that a deep breath and first try to buy ETH. This really is not hard, there are many popular exchanges where you can sell with different methods. From cards, to bank transfers to gift cards you name it. Bank transfers will be cheapest and is what I recommend. Have a look at this page https://cryptoradar.co/buy-ethereum and set filters to your requirements. I personally recommend Kraken, but it really depends on your situation and what you like to do. Coinbase might be more beginner friendly, binance might be more interesting if you want a bigger selections of coins.
