realistically? no, barring hyper inflation.

2020-2024 will have a lot of volatility between ~80 and ~600. doubt it'll go higher than that. probably stabilize somewhere in the lower end of that range at some point, and steadily trend downwards at a very low pace from there while being forgotten.

Because theres NO discourse on the amazing literal day by day new integrations and real world utility and development of ETH, the fucking Godhead of defi, and the only ones putting in assloads of work to make sure there are zero lapses in security in code before the launch of the most gamechanging platform of new tech since the internet.. even this close to launch! because fuckin greedy neckbeards want their pockets filled NOW. WILLFULLY shilling pump and dump scams to get there with one face, and the other saying dumbass shit like Eth will be worthless. On what PLANET will it be worthless? There is a plethora of discourse to be had, and all that we can talk about is "it sux omg do something, buggy code"
How does it have buggy code.. They are fucking BUG HUNTING!!! ITS NOT EVEN LAUNCHED!! But we have multiclient testnets up and running and numerous, numerous promising integrations on the network, relentless bug hunting, a 5head, and the interest of MASSIVE INVESTORS!!

The ideal scenario is for eth to slowly go up or be stable until full PoS and scaling (at least phase1), and then the bubble to start. It needs to be able to handle millions of people using it for eth to top $10k.

have some not well known news
1. Bitfinex is launching a zk-rollup based non-custodial exchange on ethereum (the audit just completed)
2. After that, Bitfinex is going to implement a zk-rollup on ethereum for instant transfers

Deversifi -> rebrand of ethfinex (obvious)

There are other teams doing this. Ethereum is going to scale to thousands of tps (trades + transfers) in a year or two, which is relatively soon.
Expect also full anonymity solutions (better than monero) for all tokens.

ETH is unironically based and, barring some unforeseen black swan tech revolution from a competing coin (always a possibility in crypto) ETH will be the future of computing. BTC will be a highly liquid store of value like gold is today, XMR will be the commodity version of a private offshore account, and ETH will be the backbone of the meme "put everything on the blockchain". Governments will literally be building applications on it to make it easy to roll out/audit programs, payments, ect. I actually don't know what cash will be, if it were up to me I would pick Dogecoin as it's the most secure and functional micropayment blockchain, but people don't like to hear that.
