I bought btc at $7700 and sold at $8500. I have about $13.5k ready to invest. I have 2k in ethereum and 1k in link. Neither of which broke even yet. Do I buy GHOST?? It all seems complicated to me since I’m a new to this.

Ghost is a risky one right now. It's been pumped to high heavens so conventional wisdom would dictate that you keep away.
ANJ is the flavour of the week, has top volume on Idex (above Ghost), and it still hasn't taken off. The problem for a newfag would be buying from a decentralized exchange though it's much easier than you'd think
