For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

Go to a Walmart neighborhood market or Target and start buying the old chicken and ribs they put out. Maybe at the end of the night for a better deal.

I like breaded fish filets (tilapia, cod) or taquitos with microwavable brown rice on the side for dinner

For breakfast yoghurt with granola and whole grain toast with PB on it is good.

You can also try Huel as a breakfast/lunch supplement, it tastes okay, doesn't have soi in it and has a lot of protein and nutrients

Baked onions: put 1 bouillon cube and 1 tbsp butter in an onion (cut the core out), add a little wine if desired. Wrap in foil and bake 70 min at 350F.

Lentils are a good choice, fatty ground beef with salt and pepper for meat, bananas are really cheap fruit

Whys it gotta be under 4 dollars? Like per meal? For 10-15 you can get vegetables and some meat to make a stew that'll last a few days. Throw in some bread as well, can be delicious.

I'll tell you but it's going to require some effort on your part. Try to make meals with the following:

- Black beans (dry, require soaking)
- Chickpeas (canned or dry)
- Brown rice (dry)
- Cheaper vegetables
- Cheaper cuts of meats/meat that is on sale (might require slow cooking to make them more tender)

The first two have some protein and a decent amount of fiber. You can slow cook beans in a pot to give them more flavour (adding other ingredients of course). Combining chickpeas and rice along with canned tomatoes and some other ingredients can give you a pretty tasty dish, like so:

https://www.budgetbytes.com/spanish-chickpeas-and-rice/

The key is to use the right ingredients to boost the flavour (spices and other additives like onions/garlic are essential). If you buy spices in small quantities you can save even more money.

Come on man, all you have to do is pick these up at the supermarket and microwave them for a few minutes. If you think this requires too much effort you deserve to be eating only burgers and fries.

My breakfast is something fast like bread or cereal. Then I cook twice a day, one meal varies every day but one meal is the same every day:

Cheapest frozen spinach with oven potatoes and eggs. I boil the spinach and crack the eggs directly into the spinach. This meal is like $1,50 and fucking healthy. It's super basic but if you want to survive and get a lot of vitamins and minerals just eat this every day man it's what I'm doing

I've got you son.
Go to the grocery store and buy a bundle of asparagus for like.... a dollar. Use the rest of your dollar to purchase bacon. Wrap the asparagus in the bacon and bake on 400 degrees for like.. 20 minutes.

If you have olive oil you can drizzle the asparges in that, and if you want a touch above you can add some salt, maybe some garlic powder
