Statistically, everything I said is true. The most common avenue to wealth is mundane shit like owning a store or small business, for which a college degree is not required and, depending on the degree, not necessarily helpful. You fail to realize just how many of those wealthy small business owners there are. Yes there are pajeet families barely getting by with their one store. There are also pajeet families who own several stores and do indeed make half a million, and they outnumber the pedigreed corporate shills by an order of magnitude.

College isn't a scam, just a terrible idea for the vast majority of people. Most students admit to the fact that they only went to college because they didn't know what else to do. Survivorship bias. Do you know how many restaurants close within their first year of operating?
>A study by Ohio State University on restaurant failure rates found that 60% of restaurants don’t make it past their first year and 80% close within five years of their grand opening.

As I said, you need some sort of advantage when running a business. If you just open some shit store you're extremely likely to make little money or fail.

Now what about people who sell their successful tech startups for example? You'll find nearly all of them have degrees and worked in the field for YEARS rubbing elbows with people they could call up for funding or to hire or to actually know WTF they're doing

>> No.19045795

>>19045605

And out of those that are successful how many are helmed by people with a secondary education? You are just pointing out that most businesses fail, which is a non-sequitor.

And I too can claim survivorship bias for non small business owners. Most wageslaves don’t become millionaires, not without expanding into land lordship (the most common millionaire maker is real estate). My point was that if you want to get rich, going to college and getting a career type job is, statistically, the worst way to do it.

Your tech start ups are insignificant, you only use them as an example because it’s flashy and sexy and cool and supports your idea that a degree is necessary. You don’t want to come to terms with the fact that that’s not how MOST people become rich.

I'm pointing out shit-tier, generic businesses like "liquor store" or "restaurant" fail the vast majority of the time. You need something unique and you need the things college + a job in the field gets you.

>My point was that if you want to get rich, going to college and getting a career type job is, statistically, the worst way to do it.

It'll be a stable life with relatively low risk. Just building your career and investing your money consistently, then you can start a business once you're a "wageslave" with lots of inside knowledge of how the industry works.

Completely anecdotal evidence here, but I worked for a pajeet who ran a similar operation (small stores run by family) and the dude was fucking minted. He owned two stores, both run by family, rented out a ton of properties, owned several restaurants, he even had illegal shit on the side. You are delusional if you think business and knowhow is something that can only be learned at school. I admit that connections are something that is difficult to get when you've taken an alternative path, but in the age of the internet almost anything is possible if you are willing to hustle. That includes fucking tech startups which are 90% of the time pieces of engineering shit that don't need the funding nor the headcount to actually turn a revenue.

I don't like comparing myself to others but you have no idea about the amount of complete retards I've met that have studied at so-called prestigious schools and work at prestigious banking/finance companies. It took me 3-4 years to get to where I am today, had I spent that time in school I am certain I would have been a dumber person with less life experience to fall back on (and this is arguably the most important skill in business - reading people and knowing if they are trying to fuck you).

I know a lot of people from prestigious business schools who are super tryhard with starting their own company (usually in tech) and they rarely have what it takes, despite their prestigious education. These people are 9/10 times naive, arrogant, and think that money + prestigious credentials is the best way to build a business. The sad part is that investors are under the same delusion nowadays, which is why these retard elitists are able to validate themselves as they are bankrolled by retarded investors who are throwing money at them to chase yield. If they fail they just retreat into the corporate world where their buddies will hook them up with a job, and the cycle continues except this time they are being bankrolled by delusional boomer corporate management (who like to spend millions on management consultants, by the way) instead of delusional investors.

The entire thing is a giant scam and if you aren't a Chad or Stacy and aren't willing to play along with this circus then it is not worth it because you are wasting the most valuable years of your productive life on something you can EASILY teach yourself.

Not sure what it was like 80 years ago but now you will literally never be hired. It just won't happen there are strict rules in large companies that you must have a tertiary education.

Regardless it might be bad or a failure of the system or whatever... But we need to play by the "rules". Also consider the fact that so many people have educations nowadays, you might say "See this shows you that degrees are USELESS" but think about how you'll look without a degree. Why would I not do dropshipping when people are still impulse buying through facebook ads despite the pandemic? After initial setup the work required is very small (realistically about an hour a day if you're efficient), and you can just brainstorm new ad creatives on the weekend. Constantly changing your ads is counterproductive anyways since it usually just results in the google/facebook/etc algorithm fucking you in the ass (this is why you see year+ old ads still running with spelling errors in them, the ad is profitable and they don't want to change it and put it back in the learning phase). I'm not saying be totally autistic about it, or expect to become a billionaire, but its a very low barrier to entry business model that works and is basically infinitely scaleable (if you intend to take it down the private labeling route and handle your own order fulfillment, which you should)

tl;dr, shit's easy and people are just as dumb as ever, pic related is from the start of the month on a new store that I'm only putting $75/day on ads for

Let's think about this for a moment. If all people that are third position/natsoc/fascist stop going to colleges. All the leftist neoliberal faggots will control even more and dominate the all science and subjects so completely that all anyone knows is how to be a fucking plumber. There is a reason the third positionists have lack of art currently. People who would be artist promoting our ideas are now just becoming faggot plumbers and welders for Goldstein.

This.

Rich kids go to college to be rounded out by a family that sees the child as being on the cusp of adulthood. You are supposed to spend 4 years doing menial bullshit that make you less impatient, have ideas thrown at you that take you out of your echo chamber, and live a lifestyle that is supposed to foster person independence but social cohesiveness. On top of that, you should be generating a network of friends to help grow you and your family wealth.

Today's college/university is just a low iq playground where you do drugs and get laid. It's been commonizef to the point of uselessness anywhere but the most selective schools.

If you aren't affluent, you are wasting your time in college. Struggling to pay bills while working at the on-campus subway to get a degree in period blood pottery that was demanded to be made a pre-req by low iq feminists isn't the point of college.

Use that time and effort to start a business. You're better off.

If you look at the average salary of college degree holding people vs business owners, they are right about equal at about $59k give or take. So are they basically the same? No.

A lot of people do not understand a few things in the college vs business debate.

1. You get 4 extra earning years
2. You own your business equity on top of your income
3. You pay significantly less taxes and have much higher living flexibility, i.e $60k in nyc vs bumfuck indiana
4. You have unlimited upside potential based on your work output or luck. You could potentially become a millionaire with one good product vs 10 years at a 9-5.
5. You call your own hours, and the better you are at managing, the less work you need to put in
6. Smart business owners obscure their income to "look normal". I personally was able to take my 6-figure business profits and only have to declare a net income in the mid 5-figures with minor effort.

The best thing you can invest in is your financial education. Or an education on something practical. Once you understand how the economy is ran by keynesians and why MMT is never going to work you are going to have a sufficient skillset/education to thrive where others will perish. What is happening right now is the biggest wealth transfer in history. The more the fed is printing money the more your currency loses value and the one that gains value is where that currency goes there which creates bubbles. This happens because they don't allow the free market to short things out and basically they are deciding who lives and who dies. First there is going to be a huge deflation followed by a Weimar tier hyperinflation. So educate yourself either via college ( community college ), either via doing your own research and/or acompany that with a hands on skillset and you are set for life. And always park a percent of your budget in the safe harbors of gold (real gold not paper gold).
Look at this shit, the stock market is now compromised with 5 companies 25% of S&P and 40% of Nasdaq. Facebook Amazon Microsoft Apple and Google are up 11% on the year and the rest of the 495 S&P 500 are down 15% on the year. In a sense there is 2 markets. MSTF is trading at 27 times 2021 earnings estimate, AAPL at 22, AMZN at 58, GOOG at 21 and FB at 23. The rest are trading at 16. Not a healthy number considering they should never trade over 15. The bubble is about to burst and the more they pump it the uglier the burst. After it deflates Wallstreet is gonna buy at pennies on the dollar after the market short. (1/2)

>> No.19059076

>>19059048
At the same time the fed is gonna be printing more and more money into circulation however boomers will pull in the horns and stop spending and shit will still be deflating. All will save and time will pass. And for each a time will come, that they think they saved enough money, some 1 million some 10 million some 5 million, different time for everyone and then all this energy will release causing a hyperinflation. However it isn't the only way, there is a metric fuckton of currency overseas and if they start sending it all back by buying products en masse that could also cause it, or if the US pisses off China they could just dump what they have into the market and fuck things up. Or if US goes to war with China then because China holds part of the US debt people lose trust in the dollar and as you know fiat is a confidence scam. So get ready and use this information.
