So if you're a smart contract/blockchain developer and you want to:

-Execute your smart contract using aggregated oracle responses drawing from trusted sources: Chainlink
-Process complex logic to execute the contracts while maintaining data privacy: Chainlink + Town Crier
-Bundle operations to reduce the transactional burden on the settlement layer by a factor of 1000: Chainlink + Threshold Signatures
-Obfuscate the parties and payouts to the smart contract without relying on proprietary hardware: Chainlink + Mixicles
-Allow your smart contract to execute using TLS secured data while maintaining limited read-only access to that data: Chainlink + DECO
-Allow your smart contract to compute in solidity without being subjected to the limitations of the Ethereum public chain: Chainlink + Arbitrum
-Process your smart contract on a feeless network or a competitor platform: Chainlink + Tezos / Chainlink + Polkadot
-Use oracles as a background component of a user friendly, modular smart contract toolkit: Chainlink + OpenZeppelin / Chainlink + Kaleido / Chainlink + Baseline Protocol/EEA
-Generate cryptographically verifiable random numbers for any use ranging from truly random gambling to the secure generation of genesis keys for blockchains: Chainlink + VRF

Chainlink has become a powerful toolkit of features and innovations that spans far beyond its initial conception as simply a secure oracle network. It is a feature rich second layer suite of tools and functionalities that represents the lynchpin of a vast number of processes ranging from secure off-chain computation to scalability solutions and data privacy.

Chainlink
Oracles
Power
Everything

Even when you're rich you will never really make it, because you lived your life in a deceitful, misanthropic way. You will sit in your big house you bought with LINK and be miserable that your fortune was built on dishonestly.

Amazing someone here isn't retarded. People just don't understand what is really at stake here. Pun intended.

What else would legacy institutions require I wonder before they decide the functionality and security is satsifactory? I mean Oracle is integrating this quarter so maybe they have covered everything to launch besides staking. It was always going to be the last thing naturally.

That’s cool and all but no one is using the main product and they keep adding stuff on top instead of finishing the network

thats it anon, dozens, no, HUNDREDS of fortune 500 companies were waiting with bated breath on the livestream thinking...please...let it be a random number generator, then we can move our infrastructure over to blockchain using LINK tokens

VRF is less about gambling and more about completely secure one-time password generation. I hope you are intentionally FUDing, otherwise I'm sorry for you.

Obviously, everything that becomes public knowledge has been known and worked through by the enterprises Chainlink has been working with for years.

That was my point, what else would they require that we aren't necessarily aware of in order to make the transition. Chainlink nodes can literally be monetized now simply through secure one-time password generation. A whole other stream of revenue that doesn't even require API data feeds its incredible.
