Eh not really. The token is only used by Rocketpool. A very limited use case in which you only need 16. The tokenomics really doesn't make sense. The speculators is whats driving the price up, not actual utility. Which is fine by me, but the least everyone can do is be honest about the token. Its pretty worthless

That doesn't usually stop exchanges from listing a project. Exchanges go where the money is. That said, this may be determined by whether they perceive there's more money in running a custodial staking service or in listing RPL. Many will probably just do both.
