The only correct answer is: sure you can, businesses do it all the time. If you make debt in order to bet on something as volatile as crypto though, you ought to have your head examined. Yes, for poor people there's margin, which is basically just an unsecured loan. For rich people, hell fucking yes you can. Let's say you buy a mall for $50MN, you can then take out absurd loans against the property for cash at ridiculous rates. Your buildings tenants are paying you, plus you have all the liquid capital you leveraged against your property, none of which should be in your personal name but under an LLC so there's no longterm ramifications to you as a person if things go tits up.
