I am quite convinced now, that this is the cure, and herpes is the cause. I don't know about their competition but I know for a fact that stem cell has been hot for more than a decade so far so they definitely have some.
Placental stem cells have consistently shown over the years to be excellent for a bunch of shit, for example just like they say they have significantly lower GVHD risks. On the other hand, you're not going to find many people to undergo this kind of trial even in the US, let alone in the much smaller israel (for which half the population will automatically reject based on the researchers' religion anyway).
Another red flag is that their publications are mostly in irrelevant or even (pseudo-)predatory journals (such as cells (note the s, not to be confused with cell which is a top-tier journal)). They also pad their publications with reviews and commentaries, which aren't real scientific contributions.
I don't believe they are a particularly good choice in this specific field.
