Crypto is super volatile and adding leverage makes it gambling. You have a better chance at Roulette but I'd advise you instead of gambling just hodl it or something

Trading is basically a scam. If you use leverage, you will get rekt as you discovered. If you short, you will also get rekt. If you use stops to mitigate risk, you will get stopped out regularly and lose even when you're right about the trade. If you trade spot, you won't beat the market long term (and in the odd chance that you do it certainly won't be by enough to make it worth your while).

The only solution is to buy and hodl.
